We built Improntus because we'd been on the other side.
Before Improntus existed, we ran our own eCommerce business. We lived the buyer's side of the table: the briefs that got lost in translation, the timelines that slipped, the agency partners who talked strategy but couldn't ship code. We knew what it felt like to depend on a team that didn't deliver.
So in 2017, we decided to build the agency we wished we'd had. One that could actually implement, not just advise. One that understood the platform because it had built on the platform. One that treated every client's problem like its own, because at one point it was.
We started with Magento (now Adobe Commerce) because it was the most flexible commerce platform in the market and LATAM was full of brands that needed it built right. We took on the hardest projects: multi-country rollouts, custom payment integrations, complex tax compliance, B2B and B2C on the same instance. And we shipped every one.
